Jalapenos and a couple Hot Cherry Peppers to round out the Flavor. Fresh tasting, not to spicy. I'd call it a mild, but it pushes Medium.

Hot Banana Pepper

Made with garden fresh Hot Banana Peppers. A little hotter than jalapenos, this sauce is a solid Medium heat level

Elixir of Pain

'Very Hot' does not do this sauce justice. This is a SCORCHING HOT, hot sauce made with fresh Carolina Reaper Peppers. Aptly named 'Elixir of Pain' this truly is an exceptional sauce. I have a very limited supply of peppers to make this one, so once it's gone, it might be gone for a while.

My hot sauce follows all of the Texas Cottage Laws and are bottled and labeled in accordance. Texas Cottage Laws do not extend outside of Texas so my hot sauce is really only available in Texas at this time.
